outfit of the day #2

Hey, so I actually REALLY like this outfit! The skirt I am wearing was once a dress that I cut because it didn't look right on me and it was a hand-me-down so, I didn't feel to bad cutting it up! The blouse I got on Amazon and the shoes I got.. somewhere! The name has left me for the moment!
